ACCOUNT CARE

Check Your Data Controls

Good privacy practice is a daily operating task, not a legal page left alone. We separate account identity, wallet references, game session records and support messages so a privacy request can be…

Account creation data

When you open an account, we collect the login name, password hash, contact channel and device signal needed to create the record. We avoid asking for extra identity data unless a security check requires it.

Wallet reference handling

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS payments create reference IDs, time stamps and status values. We use those records to match wallet credits, trace failed transactions and answer disputes raised through support.

Cookies and devices

Cookies remember your session, language choice and login status on mobile browsers. You can clear them in Chrome through Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data, then log in again.

Login security records

We log IP range, device type and failed login attempts to detect account access problems. If you see activity you do not recognise, contact live chat and we can help secure the session.

Retention and erasure

We keep account, wallet and support records only as long as needed for service, dispute handling and record duties. Erasure requests are checked against open wallet issues before we remove eligible data.

Correction and export

You can ask us to correct contact details or export account records through Account > Profile > Privacy Request. We verify the request before sending data to the registered contact channel.

Browse Privacy Policy Questions

Your privacy questions usually come up at practical moments: opening an account, changing phones, checking a DANA receipt, or closing a wallet record. These answers explain what we collect, why we keep it, and how you can reach us when a record needs correction, export or deletion.

We collect your login name, password hash, contact channel, device signal and account activity. If you use DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, we also store payment references needed for wallet matching.

Device and login records help us protect your account from access you do not recognise. They also let support compare time stamps when you report a failed login, session issue or account lock.

Yes. Use Account > Profile > Privacy Request or email [email protected]. We verify the request against your registered contact channel before changing account details that could affect access or wallet records.

Cookies keep you signed in, remember basic preferences and help us detect unusual session patterns. You can clear them in your browser, but you may need to log in again afterward.

No. We use account and wallet data to run the service, process support requests, check transaction records and handle security matters. We do not sell your personal account records to outside marketers.

We keep DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS references for the period needed to verify wallet activity, answer disputes and meet record duties. When those needs end, eligible records can be removed.

Send a deletion request through Account > Profile > Privacy Request or email [email protected]. We confirm your identity, check unresolved wallet matters, then explain which records can be erased where local law permits.
